Franciosi Fitness Performance is looking for dynamic, high-energy, certified personal trainer who is either currently certified, specializes in group fitness or is willing to become certified within 3-6 months. Compensation packages available for certification costs.
You will be responsible for assisting with and leading classes within what has been called "One of Hamilton County's" top fitness programs. In addition to your fitness duties, you will be responsible for serving as a Franciosi Fitness Performance liaison with the public, businesses and community organizations. You will become involved in business networking and attend area events including open houses, health fairs, sporting events and other opportunities. If you are looking for a great opportunity with high income potential and you have a motivating and outgoing personality, this could be what you are looking for in your next fitness position.
Responsibilities:
◾Assist in planning hour-long fitness workout sessions
◾Actively participate in fitness sessions as both a leader, monitor, and sometimes as a participant
◾Lead both on- and off-site fitness training sessions such as corporate wellness, athletic team training, public health events, and scheduled in-house sessions
Qualified Candidates will: ◾Hold a respected, accredited personal trainer certification (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NFPT, etc. . .) or be willing to obtain one within 3 - 6 months of employment (upon passing your fees may be reimbursed)
◾Hold current CPR/AED certification
◾Have a presentable, professional appearance
◾Be available to work a flexible fitness schedule including possibly early morning, late morning, mid-day, and evening sessions.
Compensation
This position will receive a rate per class. In addition, you will have the ability to potentially earn attrition bonus pay based on the number of students you retain in your programs.
To Apply
Submit your cover letter, resume and three professional references to: franciosifitness@att.net
As part of the interview process, approved candidates will be required to attend at least one of our programs as a participant and then lead at least a portion of (if not all) a fitness session based on the Franciosi Fitness workout guidelines
