Local real estate investor/property manager seeking an office assistant/bookkeeper. Hours are extremely flexible after being trained, but you must come to our Norman office at least 2 times per week, and some work can be done at home if you have computer access. Currently 10-20 hours per week, but could eventually grow into a full-time position. $10-14/hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Daily tasks will include office organization (scanning and filing), bookkeeping, helping with customers and clients, meeting contractors occasionally, screening tenants, handling title work, posting to craigslist and social media, and many other different tasks.

Requirements: MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish), have at least 6 months bookkeeping experience, must be a good problem solver since day to day tasks change frequently as needed, be able to comprehend and follow written instructions, be computer capable (Word, Excel), and have your own transportation, since you may occasionally need to visit a property somewhere in the OKC metro area.
